Superfrp™ grating Mould is used by special module and assembled on the large moulding board. There is assembled the glide framework on the middle of the mould. HOW TO CHOOSE THE GRATING MOULD:

1:the choice of the mould material: It needs use different kind of mould material for different kind of resin.It can use the material of common steels or aluminums for the Orthophalic polyester resin, Isophthalic polyester resin and Vinyl ester resin.But the grating of Phenolic resin need use the material of stainless steels.

2:the choice of the mould specification: First you need confirm the Mesh size of the grating, secondly you need confirm the thickness of the grating,finally you need confirm the Panel size of the graing.
